🔁 5. Return and Exchange Policy

Return Conditions

You can return the product within 14 days from the date of receipt.

The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Non-returnable products

Personal or health care products.

Custom-designed or customized products.

Financial Refund

The amount is refunded to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days after product inspection.

In the case of cash on delivery, refund is made via bank transfer or store balance.

The customer bears the shipping costs in cases of return unless the product is damaged or the wrong product has been sent.

Replacement

The product can only be replaced in case of a manufacturing defect or order error.
